This soothing, caffeine-free, vanilla chai is an excellent offering to your partner after a tying session.
- 1 liter boiling water
- 4 tbsp (or two tea bags) rooibos
- 2 tbsp sweetened, condensed milk (substitute creamer or coconut cream for a non-dairy version)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra sugar to taste
This chai is caffeine-free so it won’t keep you awake after a late night session. This goes very well with a bar of dark chocolate.
